Muntii Rodnei is second highest mountain range in the Eastern Carpathian Range


the highest peak is Pietrosul (2303m) 
the range is located in the North Romania









Main ridge is situated in the east - west direction and is about 60 km long. It can be crossed in 4-5 days.
